π Today's Word:
Luke 19:45-46 When Jesus entered the temple courts, he began to drive out those who were selling. βIt is written,β he said to them, ββMy house will be a house of prayerβ; but you have made it βa den of robbers.β

The day had started out on a high note with the triumphant entry into Jerusalem, but changed as Jesus entered the temple grounds. With all the anxiety that was in him, anger set in when he got to the temple. When he looked around and seen the cheating and lying that was being done in the temple he lost it for a moment. He clear the place out before he began to teach. Now with that said, when we come to Christ our body becomes the temple. When Jesus walked in he clear out all the sin that was in the temple. But here is my question. The next day did it stay clear out and become a house of prayer, are was it business as usual? Did his clearing of the temple have everlasting meaning or has the world slipped back in?
π Today's Prayer:
Father, thank you for the cleaning Jesus did in my life. Help me to keep you house of prayer in order. Amen
