Many of us have hear the old saying, Live everyday as if it was your last, but that statement could not be farther from the truth. The fact is that we can’t live each day as if it were our last, but we can live as people who know we will one day be called upon to give an account for how we have used our time in this life. It is God who gives you time. We all know people who were given less time than us and who have now been called upon to give an account for their time. Consider how blessed you are to have been given more time. Consider, also, that you will now have more time to give an account for your use of it. Whatever your situation, you have today to make the most of it. Make the most of today in your service of Christ and act as a servant faithful to your calling.
