Fire produces two things. First, it produces light. So God should be visible through us – be the light of the world. Second, it produces heat, which really means it makes more fire. So, Is your fire spreading? Fire only goes out if it consumes everything, or if it is extinguished. Let God consume you. You will be amazed at how long you can burn, when it is his fire and not your own, just like the bush he used to speak to Moses, that was being consumed but was not consumed. The world should see us as a fire, burning brightly, lighting the dark around us. But when we look down at our own lives, all we should see is Him!
