Who are we to question God? We are just a follower of God, so our opinion shouldn't hold much weight. Still, Paul seemed like an unlikely choice as the Lord's spokesman. That is what Anaias thought, but he obeyed God's command, followed His specific directions, and found Paul praying at a street called Straight. Anaias immediately witnessed that Paul had indeed had a change of heart. Anaias anointed him, healed his blindness, and witnessed a miracle. Immediately Paul's sight returned, and he was baptized. Instead of denouncing believers, Paul began telling people about Jesus being the Son of God. Paul's transformation was genuine. He now had a desire to convert people to Christianity. Even though we don't always act as we should, God sees potential in us, just as He did with Paul. Once people see how God changes us, it can give people hope and help them open themselves up to God's life plan.
