We use soap to make us clean, right? Well, did you know that hundreds of years ago, people made soap out of grease and ashes? Grease and ashes! That sounds pretty dirty, doesn't it? Grease is dirty, and ashes are dirty, but mix them together with some other stuff, and you make soap, which is clean. All you do is take a bar of soap and some water and you can wash away any dirt on your body. At least, you can wash the outside of you. But how can you wash the inside of you? The Bible says that we are all sinners, that inside we are all dirty with sin. But there's a way to wash our inside. Just like taking a bath each day to remove dirt, we need to repent and ask forgiveness for sin in our lives each day. You may say, I don't sin everyday, but why take a chance on it. The word of God says, all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
