Hebrews 12:11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

None of us really like discipline, but God's word says discipline is what perfect's our faith. Most people think discipline is only for when you have done wrong. But discipline can also be just correction. What I mean is, have you ever did something only to see that you did it wrong. Some people dislike instructions. They can do it without them. Only to run into problems and questions most the time. That is the way most Christians try to live life, without reading the instruction manual, the Bible. Then when they run into problems or questions, they don't understand. Then when someone quotes scripture to them about the problem, they say, I should have know that, I go to church. Church alone want do it. We have to read the manual. So do you want righteousness and peace in this life? Read the manual which will prefect our faith. Discipline might not come so often.
