Have you every wondered what it would have been like to sit and listen to Jesus teach. I use to wonder that, but that changed for me one day. I don't wonder what it would be like anymore. I'm sure someone just ask the question why? What changed? Well, it's simple. Now it wasn't a change all at once but when it happen I knew. Each day as I go to God's word, before I would start, I would say a short prayer. Something like, " Lord as I come to you word today, open the eyes of my heart and mind that I may hear your voice on what your word has for me today." As I would read, it would be as though Jesus would speak to me about things in my life. Things I needed to change, or things I needed to do. Jesus said I will never leave you nor forsake you. He is there always speaking, we just have to learn to listen. Try it, you may enter that personal relationship with Jesus that you have always wanted.
